After 37 years in business, Dorinda Gustke has turned over the keys of Dorinda’s Dance Studio to Brooke Burton.
Brooke has a long history with the studio, starting as a student at age 2. She began helping Dorinda when she was nine, and has been an instructor there for over 10 years.
The sale of the studio was finalized Nov. 8. A ribbon cutting and champagne toast sealed the deal Friday on the street in front of the studio at 1009 E. Main St.
Established in 1981 by Dorinda Gustke, the studio offers courses in tap, jazz, ballet, pointe, pom pon, dance team, lyrical, hip hop and technique classes.
